Excuse my frown, by Azizipho Fanelo

Excuse my frown, it's not intentionally done

It's a facial habitual reaction

Produced by mental dissatisfaction

It's 9 one twenty-four parts of my day and night

Consisting of telephonically drying up sobs of a snobbish race

Guilty of being vandals of humanity

But never charged

'cause Jesus Christ , the Angels and God shares their anatomy

This race that still firmly believes my ancestors were apes

And sound quite amazed I can speak their language the same

Sometimes I wish to go insane

And call them by their true name

But that can get me in a coffin or in jail

Remember silence and forgiveness is what gets you paid

When you're a slave

And Jan Smith did claim Blacks knew that game

So fellow Blacks lets down our masters' shit and promise them it tastes

Like chocolate cakes

They might do you like Madiba , Luther ,Obama and pay you with universal fame

Ain't that a Goddamn shame!

Excuse my frown, it's not intentionally done

It's having a partner in crime

That never really has the time

To spend with his soon to be bride

And their unborn child

As their day look exactly like mine

Assuring these customers that

White is always right

9 hours

While staring at a light

That shines way too bright

Modern master do you have any idea how your screens burn my eyes?

Yes,

And let me tell you how that's been fvcken normalized!

Excuse my frown ,it's not intentionally done

It's been consumed by sick thoughts

Manifesting my mind

Visions of me cutting my wrists

Or falling from the sky

My soul cries

But inattentive nelefibata finally arrives on time

And saves me before I die

Will you then grant me my deepest desire

To ensure I'm fine?

Excuse my frown , it's not intentionally done

I know I sound a little sour

But all my life I've never had a crown

To call mine

And I must admit demon envy

Told me it's a bit of a tire

In this last hour

All I yearn to be is a dime

In your eyes

And provide you with some peace of mind

Excuse my frown, it's not intentionally done

I'm expecting this little girl called Tamu

Who's eyes are such an intoxicating view

But my African family has been so desensitized

New life is now a taboo

Tough cause my tot will blossom and naturally groom

Excuse my frown it's not intentionally done

It has nothing to do with ego or pride

It's just,

I'm part of a fvcked race

In a fvcked up world

And it's got me feeling a little down

Azizipho Fanelo:

I wish to cleanse my soul and redo life. . .
